How do I send my damaged photos or video tapes to you?
You can safely upload your digital photo scans directly through our secure online upload portal.
For physical photographs, albums, VHS tapes, or audio cassettes, we operate a local drop-off point and offer a secure doorstep collection and delivery service across Wakefield, Leeds, and the surrounding West Yorkshire region.
Please note that we do not accept mail or items sent via post.
What video and image file formats do you deliver?
For photo restorations and manipulations, we provide high-quality physical prints and/or high-resolution, print-ready digital files (typically JPEG or TIFF).
For video slideshows and digitisation, your finished projects can be delivered as DVDs or as high-quality MP4 files on a secure USB drives that are easy to share with family and friends.
What is the typical turnaround time for a project?
Most standard photo restorations and custom video slideshows are completed within 7 to 14 working days.
If you have a larger bulk order of tape conversions or require an urgent turnaround for a milestone birthday, anniversary, or memorial, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
